CHIGLE-ASSIST
Chigle-assist is a service
provided by Chigle Pty Ltd, using internet-based remote
access, to offer a faster level of desktop computer and
personal helpdesk support. The helpdesk staff member
can, with the permission of the person requiring the
support, connect to the computer and view and correct
most issues, while still on the phone with the user.
This means that you are not waiting for a technician to
come out, nor do you lose productivity with the PC being
unusable while you wait.
How does it work?
Simply, you or your users would
make a call to the Chigle support number and the
helpdesk would talk you through the process of
connecting to the correct website for support. You would
register the fault and then the technician would talk
you through the rest of the process. After a few clicks,
the Chigle technician can be working on your problem
right in front of you… After the problem is resolved and
you sign off, the system is back to its secure state
again.
